2023 was the Year of the Tiger for the Vietnamese. As a symbol of power, the tiger is believed to bring luck, prosperity, and health to the people. However, 2023 also marked the end of a strict 2-year period of Covid lockdown, and its effects on society still linger. Lunar New Year was approaching, and as a precaution, we and the folks at Saigoneer created this illustration for their Facebook cover to remind people to celebrate within the regulations.
